How long does Best Buy Product Replacement Plan (PRP) take to receive a broken XBox 360 and send a voucher?

I just mailed in my broken xbox 360 from Seattle to the PRP place in Texas. I was wondering approxiamtely how long until I have the replacement voucher in my hands? That is, I want to know how long it takes them to process the transaction and send me the voucher.
