Anyone ever ordered replacements from them before??How long does it take to get replacement parts from Burton?They typically turn stuff over in 3 days but I have had them take up to 2 almost 3 weeks. My Ipod jacket broke once and they gave me the run around for almost 3 weeks. In the end I had a new jacket but it took forever b/c they didn't have the stock.

It took 1.5 weeks and $34 dollars. Problem was they sent me mission highbacks since I was on the 06 models. They fit, but I would prefer to have the 08 backs.

If you arent having to send it in then expect it in about 3-5 days.
Burton like's to have everything processed and out the door with in 48 hours.
