How long will it take to get a replacement Social Security Card?

If I go to a local Social Security Center with a completed application, birth certificate, proof of identidy, ect. Can they give me a replacement right then and there? If not, how long before i will recieve it?How long will it take to get a replacement Social Security Card?It will take 2-4 weeks.
