Can a milkshake with fat free milk and fruit be considered a meal replacement?

i dont want to actually buy a mix or protien drink from the store. i want to make my own. do u think that is a good idea as far as a meal replacement. or if not what are some ideas on how to make a meal replacement drink yourself.Can a milkshake with fat free milk and fruit be considered a meal replacement?Yes!

you could use soy milk and crush up a vitamin in it
