There is a coin laundry in the basement of a multi-plex. Due to theft the locks will be replaced tomorrow.
I would like to inform the tenants of the replacement after work is done. I will leave in note in the basement. The idea is to inform them I am aware of the issue while still not accusing anyone (like a gentle warning..):
Is the following notice good or is there an improved way/wording to use to inform them:

Put in a security camera to catch the person who has been opening the locks and stealing the money. When they struggle to get it open they will be in front of the camera for a longer period of time. If it is one of your tenants evict the thieves.
