How do I get a replacement for a bare harddrive?

Two months ago, I bought a Samsung Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ bare harddrive (with a combo) from Newegg. Today it failed (Intel Matrix Storage RAID1 said %26quot;Error Disk(0)%26quot; for the HDD), so I was wondering if I could get a replacement from a warranty or something. If I could get a replacement, can someone tell me what to do (including how to package the HDD since I throw away the old packaging)?
